Project Overview

DKT International, a global leader in reproductive health, needed a more efficient way to manage and utilize its program data across multiple markets. Working with Metrics for Management (M4M), our team helped design and implement a customized data management solution that enhanced reporting, analysis, and decision-making. The project focused on streamlining data processes, improving access to insights, and building internal capacity for sustainable data use.

Key Objectives
